A leading GCC Investment Firm based out of Dubai, UAE are hiring an Investor Relations Officer.
An excellent opportunity exists for Graduates with 2 or 3 years experience within financial services to support the overall objectives of the investment team and its client and investment communications strategy. ; - Booking investor related transactions in the system. - Generate Quarterly reports, audit confirmations, statement of accounts, return schedules. - Liaise with RMs and Compliance and assist in collecting / collating investor relations KYC documents. - Supporting in completing investor related documents, such as subscription forms, redemption forms, share transfer forms, side letters, Sale Purchase Agreements etc. - Liaising with investment team to collect timely response on investor queries and share with investors after taking the approvals. - Provide support in investor related data from other departments. - Maintaining investor query log register on real time basis. - Provide support to IPT by sharing investment related documents - Investor pack. Person requirements; Graduate of finance, economics or business. 2 - 3 years' work experience in similar role. Very strong with numbers, detail to accuracy and generating reports and analytics from your own work. Arabic speaker required strictly both written and English skills as translating reports to leadership and clients is imperative in this role. Ability to handle large volumes of investor data, attending to client and management queries. Excellent communication and organisation skills are critical. Good Microsoft applications skills (Excel-PowerPoint presentations)- Power Bi experience is desirable
