The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the real estate sector, preferably within the public sector, and possess strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsActivities > 1) Design and implement frameworks for asset investment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market conditions 2) Conduct detailed market assessments to identify investment opportunities and market trends 3) Organize and conduct roadshows to gauge investor interest and attract potential investors 4) Prepare and distribute comprehensive tenders for investment opportunities 5) Negotiate with potential investors to finalize partnership terms and conditions 6) Analyze and define various capital raising and partnership opportunities 7) Facilitate successful deal closure by coordinating with investors, brokers, and other relevant partiesRequired qualifications > 1) Specialization in Investment strategies in Real Estate 2) Deep experience in Real Estate Investment operations and deals 3) Proven experience in UAE, with a successful track record of projects 4) Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently 5) Previous Consulting Firm not mandatory but useful (Big4, Boutique, MBB) 7) Collaborative mindset and the ability to build rapport with clientsWorkload/Location > Full time role, UAEEngagement > 4-6 monthsStart date > research very URGENT, immediately available Candidates preferred
