Job Details:
Complete executive management of plans in the field of development projects across all its phases and/or management of plans implemented in apartment buildings owned or co-owned by the company

Participation in the strategic planning of implemented projects
Coordination of the activities of individual teams within the assigned projects
Responsible for updating project schedule, deadlines and budget
Determining project priorities according to defined goals
Crisis management of relations with clients and suppliers
Monitoring and evaluating the financial plan
Responsibility for the outcome of projects
Participation in statutory bodies of selected companies
Job Experience:
Higher education
Real estate experience min. 3 years
Experience in real estate project management is an advantage
Organizational, planning and communication skills, attention to detail
Technical orientation is an advantage
Knowledge of MS Project
