My client is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Broker to join there growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, an ability to foster strong client relationships, and an enthusiasm for relocating to the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the region. Identify and qualify potential clients, generate leads, and secure new business.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.Market Analysis: Analyze the Dubai and Middle East market trends, and customer needs, and keep up-to-date with the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.Account Management: Manage and expand existing client accounts by cross-selling and upselling products or services. Ensure timely delivery of solutions to meet client needs and address issues promptly.Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to senior management.Networking & Events: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance our market presence and network with potential clients.
Requirements:
Experience: 1 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in sectors like alternatives, finance, real estate, or professional services.Skills:Strong negotiation and closing skills with an ability to manage multiple client accounts.Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages, especially Arabic, are an advantage).Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.Cultural Adaptability: A high level of cultural awareness and adaptability, with a desire to work in a fast-paced, international environment.Relocation Readiness: Willing and able to relocate to Dubai. Previous international experience is a plus but not required.
