Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on financial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising.
- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence to assess investment opportunities.
- Prepare financial models, valuations, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate transaction terms and facilitate deal closing processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other financial professionals.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience in investment banking or a similar role.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
