Advise clients on financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic initiatives.
Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence to evaluate investment opportunities and risks.
Prepare pitch books, financial models, and investment proposals to support client engagements.
Negotiate terms and structure of deals, and coordinate with legal, regulatory, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other key stakeholders in the financial community.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or CFA certification preferred.
Proven experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and industry trends.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
