Job Summary:
The Inventory Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the inventory management process to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient operations. This role requires expertise in SAP for inventory control, proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, and strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with various departments. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to inventory management, ensuring minimal discrepancies and maximizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Oversee daily inventory operations, including tracking stock levels, coordinating stock movement, and ensuring accurate stock counts.
• Utilize SAP to manage and update inventory data accurately, monitor stock replenishment, and generate inventory reports.
• Analyze inventory trends to forecast demand and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of inventory movement using Excel, generating data reports to analyze stock levels, turnover, and overall inventory efficiency.
• Track key inventory metrics, such as cycle counts and inventory accuracy, and report findings to management.
• Process Optimization:
• Identify and implement improvements in inventory management processes to streamline operations and improve accuracy.
• Develop and enforce inventory procedures and policies to minimize errors and optimize efficiency.
• Communication & Coordination:
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth inventory flow and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Provide clear and effective communication across teams to facilitate accurate and timely updates on inventory status.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel for inventory tracking, data analysis, and report generation.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to work effectively with team members and management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar industry or field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to support decision-making.
