The Inventory Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing the inventory of goods and materials within the organization. This role involves monitoring stock levels, conducting audits, and ensuring that inventory is stored and tracked efficiently to meet the company's operational needs. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: . Maintain accurate inventory records and databases. . Monitor stock levels and perform regular inventory audits. . Analyze inventory data to identify trends and discrepancies. Receiving and Dispatching: . Oversee the receiving of goods and ensure proper documentation. . Coordinate the dispatch of inventory to various departments or locations. Stock Control: . Implement and maintain inventory control systems and procedures. . Develop and manage inventory replenishment strategies. Reporting: . Prepare regular inventory reports for management. . Report on stock discrepancies and propose corrective actions. Collaboration: .
