Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable inventory manager to join our growing company. Your chief goal in this position will be to monitor and report on our company's inventory levels. Oversee and optimize our inventory processes. You will be responsible for developing inventory tracking systems right from raw material stocks till finished goods stock reporting, reviewing levels of supplies, and performing a daily analysis of Stocks.

Key Responsibilities Area:

• Daily Stock Checks: Review new sales orders daily to confirm stock availability,
• Inventory Monitoring: Check and monitor inventory movement (in/out) and oversee consumable stock levels, provide analytical insights into inventory trends and stock discrepancies to supply chain manager, conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Inventory Counting: Conduct regular inventory counts of all items in the warehouse to maintain accurate records. Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages, Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments, perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
• Delivery Preparation: Prepare materials based on delivery notes and coordinate shipments for delivery and installation according to schedules, Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory, evaluate new inventory to ensure it's ready for shipment.
• Material Return Management: Prepare Material Return Notes (MRN) for any returned items.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in commerce/business administration, finance, or relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Inventory control in manufacturing industry is must.
• Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.
• Experience working in Tally ERP Software (Inventory Management) is must.
• An analytical mind with attention to detail and the ability to manage large amounts of data accurately.
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team co-ordination, leadership abilities desired.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
