Major Duties & Responsibilities Inventory Management: optimize stock holding levels for local Distribution Centers and manage stock replenishment process for local Distribution Centers. Execute inventory management policies, standards, guidelines, technology, and procedures. Supports processes to identify best segmentation business strategies/methods by setting up the supply chain in different ways (e.g. varying lead times, altering safety stock, etc.) to improve efficiency. Contribute to Local, Regional and/or Global inventory initiatives related to Inventory Entitlement, Multi Echelon Inventory Optimization (MEIO), Inventory Replenishment Policies, Slow Moving and Obsolete (SLOB)Prevention/Reduction, Inventory Projections/Reporting/KPIs, Inventory Management & Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Integration, Improving Master Data for Inventory Management initiatives, Continuous Improvement of Inventory Management Capability, and Inventory Optimization Projects including tracking. Provides inventory management input in IBP forums as applicable. Support all new product introductions in KSA market, ensure all inventory related items are in place on time to support a successful launch. Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or related departments. 5 years' experience in Supply Chain; Warehousing, Distributions, Logistics, Inventory Planning and Transportation Operations. Customer and performance oriented. Ability to work on their own initiative and proactively interact with teams to obtain information in a highly regulated and changing environment. Ability to identify areas that require improvements and suggest plans for remediation. Ability to react quickly and decisively to constantly changing demands. Excellent PC and data bases skills; MS Office Excel proficiency is an advantage. Supply Chain IT Systems Knowledge, such as SAP or equivalent. Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods. Excellent Team player & good interpersonal skills Fluency in Arabic and English (both verbal and written). Based in Riyadh, KSA.
