Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Production Inventory Controller to oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring efficient production processes and optimal stock availability. The ideal candidate will have a background in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, bringing a strong understanding of manufacturing systems and inventory management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock for production needs.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to maintain accuracy.
• Implement inventory control systems and processes to improve efficiency.
• Production Planning:
• Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of production runs to align with inventory availability.
• Data Analysis:
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
• Generate reports on inventory status, production efficiency, and stock turnover rates.
• Process Improvement:
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and minimize waste.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations regarding inventory handling.
• Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in inventory management, production control, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
