Job Description

Procurement Management:



Manage the end-to-end procurement process for materials, equipment, and supplies.

Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts.

Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries of goods.

Monitor supplier performance and resolve any procurement issues, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Inventory Management:



Ensure inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels, considering lead times, demand forecasts, and supply chain fluctuations.

Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory records.

Ensure that stock is stored and organized according to safety and company standards.

Supplier Management:



Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Monitor supplier lead times and manage expectations with internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

Review and update supplier details in the company's database to maintain up-to-date contact information and payment terms.

Order Processing and Receiving:



Oversee the receiving of goods and ensure that products match purchase orders and are in good condition.

Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries, processing returns for damaged or incorrect items.

Inventory Control and Reporting:



Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including purchases, issues, and returns.

Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on inventory status, consumption rates, and future material needs.

Monitor inventory expiration and report products that are close to expiry.

Budget and Cost Control:



Work with the finance team to create budgets for procurement activities and monitor spending.

Manage the procurement process to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining product quality.

Track all expenditures and reconcile accounts to stay within budget.

Compliance and Documentation:



Ensure compliance with internal company policies and external regulations regarding procurement and inventory control.

Maintain organized and accurate documentation of all procurement and inventory transactions.

Collaboration with Other Departments:



Work closely with the finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure that inventory levels meet operational needs.

Communicate regularly with department heads to ensure the timely replenishment of stock and availability of materials for production or sales.

We require Females only, who is experienced with Beauty Salon Background.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
