We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Inventory Controller to manage our inventory levels and ensure the efficient handling of all inventory-related activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, and coordinating with various departments to meet the company's inventory needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Logistic or a related field.
• Experience in inventory management, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to maintain accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers and place orders to replenish stock as required.
• Track and document inventory usage, movements, and discrepancies.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs based on sales and production plans.
• Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions using inventory management software.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in inventory management.
MUST HAVE:
• Female (Salon Industry).
• More than 2 years experience of the similar role in the UAE.
• Willing to relocate in Al Ain, UAE.
