We are looking for a detail-oriented, hard-working inventory assistant with Manufacturing industry experience in UAE. Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and updating records in Zoho software
• Deal with the suppliers and handle the inventory
• Counting materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock.
• Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and Packing List.
• Developing or improving upon inventory management procedures.
• Stocking and distributing supplies, equipment or merchandise.
• Compiling balance, price and cost reports.
• Track inventory and assist in Reordering of materials
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports (Inventory, purchases, Supplies, products and others) in effectively and efficiently.
• Handle and schedule deliveries.
• Perform other duties assigned by Manager and Management.

Requirements:

• A Degree is must
• 2+ years UAE working experience in inventory control is required.
• Must have working experience with Manufacturing industry.
• Excellent math and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work extended hours.
• Can join Immediately.
• Willing to relocate to Umm Al Quwain
