About the Internal Audit - Business Risk Services Line

Discover tailored risk solutions with our BRS team. From proactive risk detection to optimizing internal controls, we empower your organization with strategies that drive efficiency and safeguard against threats. With a focus on transparency and collaboration, we build robust audit frameworks that ensure resilience and foster growth in an ever-changing business landscape.


As a Manager some of your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing client project delivery and practice management requirements
• Planning and overseeing audit engagements from start to finish, ensuring quality and team review
• Delivering risk, compliance and control assurance assignments to corporate clients using proven project management and subject matter expertise skills
• Acting as the lead for fieldwork assignments involving multiple team members and client deliverables
• Assisting in strategic business development by identifying client needs and opportunities and contributing to proposals
• Utilizing Grant Thornton's global network to enhance service delivery

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in the Government or Oil & Gas sector is preferred
• Relevant work experience in Internal Audit/Risk Management
• Ideally holding an international professional qualification such as CISA, CIA or CISP
• Flexible mindset, with a creative approach and ability to think out-of-the-box
• Process-minded, organized, with an eye for detail and excellent analytical skills
• Strong written and spoken English and Arabic
• Willingness and ability to work additional hours, as needed, and travel to various client sites
