Internship Details:

• Company: Illusions Online
• Duration: 3-6 Months
• Location: in-office, remote, or a hybrid
• Compensation: This is a paid internship position.

Overview : We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team, working directly under the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a super user of Excel, a proactive thinker, and a quick learner. We are looking for someone who is hungry for the job and sees this internship as a segway into a permanent role within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the CCO with daily operational tasks and strategic projects.
• Perform advanced data analysis and generate reports using Excel.
• Support the coordination and execution of company initiatives.
• Participate in meetings and help with the preparation of presentations and documents.
• Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Take on special projects and assignments as needed.

Qualifications :

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel: ability to perform complex data manipulations and analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to think strategically and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous internship or work experience in a corporate setting is a plus.
• Knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
