iOL World Internship Internship Details:
  • Company: Illusions Online
  • Duration: 3-6 Months
  • Location: in-office, remote, or a hybrid
  • Compensation: This is a paid internship position.
Requirements: Speaks Spanish and/or Arabic Multiple position available Possibility to be transitioned as a full time employee Internship Responsibilities: During this internship, students will have the opportunity to:
  • Financial Data Entry and Management: Assisting in entering financial transactions into accounting software and maintaining accurate records
  • Basic Accounting Analysis: Learning to interpret financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements, to gain insights into company performance.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Assisting in processing invoices, preparing payments, and monitoring accounts receivable.
  • Payroll Processing Assistance: Supporting payroll processing activities, including data entry and verification.
  • Financial Data Analysis: Analyzing financial data using Excel or similar tools to support decision making.
  • Data Entry and Management: Assisting in organizing and managing financial data in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Software Assistance: Helping with software tools used in finance, such as accounting software or financial analysis tools.
  • Market Research Support: Assisting in gathering data for market research reports and presentations.
  • IT Support: Providing basic technical support for finance software and systems.
  • Collaboration: Working with team members on projects and tasks, learning from experienced professionals.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assisting with administrative tasks related to finance operations and projects.
Qualifications: We are seeking candidates who:
  • Are enrolled in a business, computing or finance program
  • Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
