We are looking for Interns preferably with marketing/sales/Management background-
• Engage with customers via online chat and social media channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams for resolution.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in CRM software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response times, customer satisfaction, and quality of service.
• •Skills and Qualifications :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory
- Strong empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
