We cant wait to see what youre made of!During your placement as Supply Chain Intern you will support the day-to-day functions within the Finance team.Main activities you will be involved in include:Develop strategic demand planning to ensure uninterrupted supply to the markets and avoid any stock out situations.Ensure distributors inventory levels are in line with company approved Days of Inventory (DOI) and highlight any deviation with possible remediation plan.Ensure on-time delivery of inventory to customers and proactive communication of expected delivery dates.Follow-up closely with the site on readiness of orders by having regular catch up and anticipate any backorder situation.Be accountable for the full order processing activity from order placement to delivery.Establish and maintain an exceptional communication with Business partners, distributors and manage an excellent relationship with internal stakeholders ensuring there is no disruption in supply.Support Finance function in the monthly close process, Gross-to-Net adjustments, projections, and budget.Participate and support any MEA function that require Customer Service involvement or expertise.Act as point of escalation for inquiries from distributors, report customer quality complaints and initiate change controls.What Qualities Are We Looking For?We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can collaborate in teams and have the willingness to learn.Passionate about supply chain/operation or logisticKnowledge of supply chain functionsStrong communication skillsAbility to work as a member of a team.Energetic, collaborative, and dedicated.Excellent English language skills, spoken and written.Our Market Access team plays a crucial role in ensuring that our products are accessible to patients who need them. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Market Access Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Key Responsibilities:Project Support: Contribute to various market access projects, including the development of strategies and the execution of tactical plans.Stakeholder Engagement: Support the team in engaging with key stakeholders.Documentation Management: Help prepare and update market access documentation.
