The internship duration is a minimum of 2 months, with the possibility of extension up to 6 months, and we are particularly interested in applications from recently graduated students sponsored on a student, spouse, or father's visa.

Job Responsibilities:

Patient Relationship Management:

Engage with patients through various channels to address inquiries and provide assistance promptly and courteously.

Ensure patient satisfaction by resolving issues and escalating complex cases to relevant departments for swift resolution.

Maintain accurate patient records and update databases regularly.

Customer Care Services:

Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and empathetically.

Educate customers about healthcare services, policies, and procedures to enhance their understanding and experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction metrics.

Administrative Support:

Assist in scheduling appointments, coordinating follow-ups, and managing documentation to facilitate seamless patient care.

Conduct data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes to optimize efficiency.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers, administrators, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care and service delivery.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance knowledge, skills, and professional development.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by actively contributing to team initiatives and projects.
