As an Internet Researcher, you will play a critical role in gathering and analyzing information from various online sources to support decision-making and project development within our organization. Duties and Responsibilities
• Online Research: Conduct in-depth internet research on a wide range of topics, industries, and markets to provide accurate and relevant information to support strategic initiatives.
• Data Collection: Collect, organize, and maintain data and information from online sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze online trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Content Evaluation: Assess the credibility and reliability of online content, sources, and publications to ensure the accuracy of information gathered.
• Report Generation: Compile research findings into clear and concise reports, summaries, or presentations, suitable for various stakeholders, including senior management.
• Keyword Research: Perform keyword research and analysis to support SEO strategies and content development.
• Trend Identification: Identify emerging trends, technologies, and innovations that may impact the industry or organization.
• Competitive Intelligence: Track and report on competitors' activities, product offerings, and market positioning.
• Database Management: Maintain and update databases of research sources, contacts, and reference materials.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide research insights and recommendations for informed decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as information science, marketing, business, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as an Internet Researcher or similar role in a professional setting.
• Strong knowledge of online research techniques, search engines, and databases.
• Proficiency in using research tools and software, such as databases, analytics tools, and data visualization software.
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills to assess the quality and relevance of online information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and understandable manner.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research is a plus.
