Lavisa Travel is seeking a dedicated and experienced International Visa Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive visa consultation services to our clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient visa application process.

Key Responsibilities:

Consultation and Guidance:

Provide expert advice and assistance to clients regarding visa requirements and application processes for various countries.

Assess client eligibility for visa applications and provide personalized recommendations.

Application Processing:

Prepare and review all necessary documents for visa applications.

Submit visa applications on behalf of clients and track the status of applications.

Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to ensure timely processing of applications.

Customer Service:

Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide regular updates on the status of their visa applications.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

Compliance:

Stay updated on changes in visa regulations and requirements for different countries.

Ensure all applications comply with the relevant immigration laws and policies.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and organized records of all visa applications and client communications.

Prepare reports on visa application outcomes and client feedback.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Visa Consultant or in a related role.

Proven track record of successfully processing visa applications for multiple countries.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of international visa regulations and application procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple applications and manage time effectively.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in using visa processing software and other relevant tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Professional certifications related to immigration or visa consulting are an advantage.

Additional Requirements:

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
