International Student Enrollment & Admissions OfficerReporting to the Regional Director, Student Enrollment & Admissions Middle East & North Africa, The International Enrollment and Admissions Officer, MENA is primarily responsible for supporting the team achieve, within agreed budgets, all recruitment targets from the designated territory and channels. In addition to supplying critical feedback for the further development of SGU initiatives and recruitment efforts. This position is located in Dubai, UAE working from the Healthcare Education Student Support Services (HESSS) Dubai office in Knowledge Park.Essential Functions
Manage new student leads in Salesforce CRM, contact enquiring students and conduct effective lead qualification.
Arrange meetings between qualified leads and the Regional Managers, Associate Directors and/or Regional Directors.
Manage prospective students\' initial application process in the region, and in close association with the Recruitment and Admissions teams, ensure a smooth and efficient process at all times, via CRM.
Help gather necessary information and application documentation.
Maintain up-to-date student records in Salesforce CRM and other files as required and collaborate with colleagues in Admissions to effectively manage these records.
Collaborate with colleagues in Operations and Marketing to organize effective student recruitment events, and webinars.
Build strong relationships with SGU functional areas (admissions, sales, marketing, operations) to ensure the highest levels of customer service, efficiency and problem resolution.
Collaborate with colleagues in TNE and Agent Relations to ensure smooth onboarding of new Agency and Affiliate partners.
Support the growth of SGU\'s Agency and Affiliate network in the region, where required making visits to maintain relationships & establish new contacts.
Deliver pertinent training to ensure agencies, affiliates and their staff are well-equipped to provide accurate advice to prospective students.
As required, attend exhibitions and recruitment events, providing professional educational advice and counselling services to schools, agencies, parents and students. Counsel and meet parents/students and offer guidance to prospective SGU students. Conduct call-back calls to existing leads, cold calling of new leads and accurate reporting on CRM.
Contribute to the recruitment team effort across MENA supporting in multiple channels as required.
Work closely with all members of the MENA team to ultimately achieve and improve conversions and turn-around times in all main channels, achieving the main KPI of reaching personal goals and contributing to the overall team targets from all channels.
Work in close partnership with all SGU\'s international regional recruitment teams to ensure collaborative management of agencies and schools to maximize global recruitment opportunities and share of best practices.
