Job Description

Are you a dynamic individual with a passionfor supporting international students in their academic journey? CityUniversity Ajman is seeking a motivated and organized International StudentCoordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

•Responsiblefor students recruitment, achieving the Registration and CEC target, andmaintaining the retention rate as set by the management.•

•Responsiblefor the pastoral care of international students.•

•Coordinationwith all schools, associations, corporations, and government organizations inorder to keep relationships with them and offer different activities.•

•Coordinatewith government and private organizations in order to get short courses andtraining in all areas.•

•Maintainexcellent relationships with communities and students.•

•Assistadmission inquiries, give information, and convert the inquiry into admission(when required).•

•Fill-upUMS Admission Form and proceed to Accounts Department for payments (when required).•

•Collectall required documents as per Course Check list/File Check List.•

•Filingand keeping record for Student Database, produce the document when required.•

•Assistfeedback (formal and informal) from students.•

•Updateand maintain the result of all the courses in the excel sheet.•

•Maintainattendance record of all the courses.•

•Registrationof students in the offered courses/units/papers by completing all documents.•

•Coordinationwith parents of all students, keep their contact record up to date and informthem of all activities/events, monthly attendance report, grades report,assignment deadlines, and vice versa (if inquired by parents).•

•Produceaccurate enrollment report on daily basis and send to Director of Enrollment.•

•Reportall issues and complaints to Director of Enrollment to find out immediatesolutions.•

•Coordinatewith Lead Internal Verifier for BTEC assessment updates and ACCA Advisor forACCA matters.•

•Coordinatewith Accounts Department for receivables.•

•Prioritizethe tasks as instructed from the Presidents Office.•

•Attendmeetings when required.•

•Performother related duties as needed.•

Qualifications:

•Bachelorsdegree in a relevant field.•

•Aminimum of 1 year of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or arelated role, preferably in a university or educational setting.•

•Stronginterpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.•

•Fluencyin both English and Arabic is highly desirable.•

•Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and relevant database management software.•

•Demonstratedpassion for international student recruitment and engagement.•
