- Demonstrated leadership with experience in curriculum development and co-curricular programs
- Experience in a similar International and/or regional environment is an advantage
- Proficient in IT for productivity purposes and as a tool to facilitate learning in the classroom
- Instructional Leadership characterized by a focus on learning for all learners
- Awareness of current trends and developments in education
- Commitment to the highest standards of professional practice and the development of a school culture based on collaboration between principals, teachers, parents, and students.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and an ability to work with diverse groups of people.
