Job Description

Position requires close involvement in each stage of due diligence and deal execution process with the sales support managers abroad.

Main responsibilities:

Control of the activities of the sales support managers in automotive international subsidiaries.

International products launching control.

Client negotiations organization in case of Oman deal and if necessary abroad.

Term-sheets preparation and negotiating them with clients and Company's functions.

Calculation of the rent/lease payment schedules.

Preparation of contracts in Oman and control of contracts prepared abroad in the commercial part (car rent agreement, memorandums of agreement and other related agreements), as well as for compliance with internal approvals, including amendments to acting contracts.

Interaction with the client on the consideration, negotiation and the execution of the transaction, including documents collection for internal analysis and expertise.

Interaction with all functions of the Company on the consideration, negotiation and execution of the transaction/products.

Working off client's and Company's functions comments and remarks on deals terms.

Arranging the closing of the deal, including documents collection (conditions precedent, conditions subsequent).

Control of documents preparation for deals internal approval, reporting (risk committee, board of directors).

Requirements

Nice to have: Experience in mass products is a plus.

Excel confidant-user.

Excellent writing and verbal skills in English (French as a plus).

Knowledge of the car(auto/taxi) market as a plus.

Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive business.

Diploma in any field.
