Position Overview



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Business Development Executive to join our team. This role involves promoting our premium real estate portfolio to international clients and participating in global sales events. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional interpersonal skills with sales acumen to drive international sales performance.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and nurture relationships with international clients to promote our exclusive real estate offerings Organize and conduct international sales events and property exhibitions Provide comprehensive information about properties, market conditions, and investment opportunities Prepare and present compelling sales proposals tailored to international client needs Meet or exceed sales targets within assigned international markets Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and Dubai's real estate regulations Collaborate with marketing teams to develop region-specific sales strategies Maintain detailed client records and sales activity reports

Requirements



Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales with demonstrated understanding of property markets Fluency in English plus proficiency in at least one additional language (besides Arabic) Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English Strong negotiation abilities and customer-centric approach Experience in international client relationship management Valid UAE driving license preferred Ability to travel internationally as required Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
