Job Description

The International Real Estate Agent is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi and other international markets. The role involves establishing connections with international buyers, investors, and partners, advising clients on the best opportunities in the real estate market, and ensuring smooth transactions while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction:
• Build and maintain relationships with international clients, investors, and developers.
• Understand clients' property requirements and preferences (e.g., location, budget, type of property).
• Provide consultation services to clients on international property markets, laws, taxes, and investment opportunities.
• Market Research:
• Conduct thorough market analysis and provide insights into both local and international real estate trends.
• Stay updated on current market conditions, property values, and new developments.
• Research and present options for international properties in various countries.
• Property Listings & Showings:
• Create and manage listings for properties available for sale or rent.
• Conduct property showings and guide international clients through available options.
• Negotiate and close property deals efficiently, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the terms.
• Negotiation & Transactions:
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or tenants and landlords.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring legal compliance in both local and international real estate transactions.
• Coordinate with legal teams, property developers, and financial institutions to facilitate seamless transactions.
• Marketing & Promotion:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for properties aimed at international buyers.
• Use online platforms and social media to promote properties and attract international clients.
• Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
• Offer post-sale assistance, such as help with paperwork, relocation services, or property management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate, with a focus on international markets or luxury properties.
• Proven track record of successful international property transactions and a deep understanding of global real estate trends.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Additional certifications or licenses in real estate (e.g., RERA certification) are a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English, Arabic is a plus (especially for dealing with local clients).
• Familiarity with international property laws, market regulations, and cross-border transactions.
• Tech-savvy with experience using real estate software, CRM systems, and online property platforms.
• Personal Traits:
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple transactions simultaneously.

Work Environment:

• Location: Based in Abu Dhabi, with potential travel to international destinations for meetings, showings, and negotiations.
• Work Schedule: Full-time, with flexible hours to accommodate clients in different time zones.
