The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of people management, including onboarding, and employee relations for our international workforce.Duties and responsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies for attracting and retaining top international talentCoordinate the negotiation process for international skilled staff, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisionsAssess and evaluate the various aspects of the compensation and benefits packages for international staff, ensuring they are competitive and in line with company policies and industry standardsNegotiate employment contracts with international staff, taking into account local laws, regulations, and immigrationsManage employee relations issues for international staff, including addressing grievances, conflicts, and performance issuesCoordinate training and development initiatives for international staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their rolesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for international staff, including arranging visas, accommodation, and other logistical supportStay up-to-date on international labour laws, regulations, and best practices, and ensure compliance with all relevant requirementsMonitor and report on key HR metrics and KPIs related to international staff, and make recommendations for continuous improvementKnowledge & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in international people management, preferably in a global organizationStrong knowledge of international HR practices, laws, and regulationsExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyProficiency in relevant HR software and tools
