To join our team.Job Duties:

• Identify new sales opportunities in international commercial markets by

researching and analysing market trends, competitors, and customer needs. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients anddistributors. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and distributors, includingpricing, delivery, and payment terms. * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitabilitygoals. * Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers anddistributors. * Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the company'sproducts and services. * Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, andcustomer service to ensure smooth sales processes.Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Education:

• Proven experience as an international commercial sales manager, preferably in

the same real estate field.Other Requirements:

• Existing Network of international clients.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in one or more foreign languages is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
