Position :Internatioanl Business Development Company : Leading Real estate Developer Salary:- Good Salary + Incentives Should be a Turkish/Italian/German/Spanish/Portuges speaker(Any) Any business development experience is needed Job Responsibility: - International: Business Development Executive
- To source the brokers using market intelligence and in-depth research to expand Companies agent network in assigned territory.
- Screens potential brokers (Individual & Corporate) with the objective of promoting company products.
- Ensures that assigned Brokers (Individual & Corporate) receive the highest level of support (Training, on boarding, coaching, etc) to achieve sales target.
- Design and implement effective Route to Market (RTM) based on Customer Needs, Broker type and resources.
- Leverage Damac Customer & Agent programs to maximize sales and achieve targets within the assigned territory
- Educate the Corporate brokers and their staff on how to utilize Damac Agent portal to close deals, view inventory, make payments and generate consistent business
- Develops and negotiates contracts, integrates contract requirements with business operations.
- Generates and maintains periodical reports in line with company guidelines. Reports daily activities during scouting & Sales trips in the assigned territories.
- Business development from UAE: 2 years (Preferred)
- Italian/Turkish/German/Spanish (Preferred)
