Diploma or higher education in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management or Psychology
Certification from a recognised Butler School highly regarded.
UAE or International Drivers License Mandatory
Know fluent English Mandatory
CV must be in English Mandatory
EXPERIENCE
5+ years experience working as a manager in a 5* establishment
Experienced in working with VVIP clients with a passion for providing personalised luxury service

Leadership capabilities - able to motivate, lead and upskill a team.
Willing to go above and beyond.
In depth knowledge of managing a luxury property
Advanced knowledge of Food & Beverage
Advanced knowledge of Housekeeping, including sanitation and hygiene
Exceptionally well-groomed with excellent social etiquette
Discrete and of good moral judgement
Able to function at optimum level under pressure.
Capable of effective time management through skillful prioritization
Advanced MS office skills - word, excel, outlook, ppt.
Report writing.
