Receptionist - Office Support



As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, setting the tone for their experience with us. As part of our dynamic team, you will play an important role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, ensuring a welcoming environment for everyone.

About the Office Support team

Our Office Support team is the backbone that keeps everything running smoothly, ensuring that no detail is overlooked. They're the behind-the-scenes heroes who make it all happen, making the firm unstoppable!



As a Receptionist some of your responsibilities will include:



• Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls efficiently
• Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organized
• Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings as well as coordinating rooms and resources as necessary
• Handling administrative tasks such as receiving deliveries, sorting mail, and maintaining office supplies
• Providing support to various teams with ad-hoc tasks, ensuring smooth office operations

• UAE National with a family book
• High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree holders will also be considered
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is advantageous, but not required
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A positive, friendly, and professional attitude with the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
