Talent Maximize Consulting is hiring Internal Auditor with Manufacturing Experience for a Perfume Company which is based in Sharjah.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual with 3-4 years of manufacturing experience to ensure the integrity of our internal processes and compliance standards. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct internal audits of manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, and inventory management specific to the perfume industry. 2. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls related to product quality, packaging, and distribution within a retail environment. 3. Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to identify areas for process improvement and cost optimization. 4. Develop audit programs and testing procedures tailored to the unique challenges of manufacturing perfumes and cosmetics. 5. Analyze audit findings and prepare comprehensive reports highlighting areas of non-compliance, operational risks, and opportunities for enhancement. 6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness in driving continuous improvement. 7. Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and best practices related to fragrance manufacturing and retail operations. Requirements: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 2.With 3-4 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within the manufacturing sector and specifically in the perfume or cosmetics industry. 3. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and supply chain management in a retail environment. 4. Knowledge of fragrance formulation, packaging requirements, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, EU regulations) is highly desirable. 5. Proficiency in audit methodologies, risk assessment techniques, and internal control frameworks. 6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 7.
