Responsibilities:
• Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
• To identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
• To obtain, analyze, and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts, etc.
• To Prepare and present reports that reflect the audit's report and document process
• To act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure legality, validity, and goal achievement.
• To conduct follow-up audits to monitor Hotel Management's intervention.
• To continuously develop knowledge regarding the sector's rules, regulations best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards.
• To maintain open communication with management and the audit committee.
• Can manage large amounts of data and compile detailed reports.
• Maintain high confidentiality in regards to Hotel Management privacy.
• Notifies the Financial Controller and Cost Controller regarding identified loopholes, errors, and misconduct.
• Follows appropriate procedures to provide for the security and safety of the Hotel Management accounts/finance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance
• Proven years of experience in Finance & Auditing, preferably in the Hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software
• With VAT experience
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
