As an Internal Auditor at Al Rasikhoon Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity, effectiveness, and compliance of our financial and operational processes. You will conduct comprehensive audits and provide valuable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Analyze accounting documentation, previous reports, and flowcharts to assess current practices.
• Prepare detailed audit reports that outline findings, recommendations, and action plans for improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to refine internal processes and ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Identify potential risks and recommend measures for risk aversion and cost savings.
• Conduct follow-up audits to monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Maintain open communication with management and the audit committee, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Preferred: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in internal auditing, with a strong preference for experience in the real estate sector.
• In-depth knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and regulatory compliance (including IFRS, IAS, GAAP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic.
• Proficiency in auditing software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint for presentation preparation.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
