Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to lead and manage audit engagements. The ideal candidate will oversee audit activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide insights to improve internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit Management:
• Plan, execute, and finalize audits.
• Develop audit plans and ensure high-risk areas are covered.
• Team Leadership:
• Supervise and mentor audit staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations.
• Compliance & Risk:
• Ensure adherence to laws and internal policies.
• Identify and address risk areas.
• Reporting:
• Prepare and present audit findings to senior management.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's or professional certification preferred.
• Experience:
• years of audit experience, with a proven track record.
• Skills:
• Knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office.
