Job Responsibilities: \xc3\x98 Conduct audits across all business departments to assess operational efficiency and adherence to management policies. \xc3\x98 Implement cost control measures for various business expenses to optimize company resources. \xc3\x98 Evaluate insurance coverage adequacy for various risks and monitor pending claim settlements. \xc3\x98 Ensure procurement policies are implemented according to management approval. \xc3\x98 Review payroll processes to ensure compliance with signed contracts and UAE labor laws regarding salary and benefits. \xc3\x98 Audit the legal department to assess the status of pending cases and identify potential time-barred cases. \xc3\x98 Assess the accounting and finance department\'s internal controls to safeguard business assets and ensure compliance. \xc3\x98 Review bank facilities and ensure compliance with agreed-upon covenants. \xc3\x98 Audit company stores to verify proper stock storage, insurance coverage, and accurate record-keeping with authorization protocols. \xc3\x98 Confirm proper execution of sales and purchase agreements by authorized personnel and verify fund receipt in escrow accounts as per agreed payment terms. \xc3\x98 Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the CFO/management. \xc3\x98 Validate leasing contracts to ensure alignment with management policies and monitor payment collection adherence to contract terms. \xc3\x98 Conduct random tenant satisfaction checks and address any complaints.
