Intern: Sales Team
Job Description
YOOCHA MATCHA(TM) is a dynamic matcha supplier for 600+ cafes & speciality coffee shops across GCC. We are looking for an enthusiastic intern, who is fluent in Arabic and English, to support our Sales department to drive sales growth in the KSA market and support the sales team in achieving their targets.
What you'll do in this role:
• Client Support : Respond to inquiries, assist with follow-up, and maintain ongoing communication.
• Sales Operations : Dispatch samples, process orders, and coordinate shipments.
• Administrative Support : Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and maintain customer data.
• Market Research : Identify potential clients and support sales campaigns.
Requirements:
• Recent graduates from UAE universities are preferred.
• Previous internship experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Arabic to effectively communicate with clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and OneDrive.
• Friendly and sociable individuals who can take initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and execute them efficiently.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available to start immediately.
