:Assist in the implementation of DP World Group HSE strategy and standards as set by VP Operational Safety, Ports, Terminals & Marine, through the execution of global safety programs / engagements and ensuring compliance with the DP World\'s philosophy of zero harm to our people & the environment. This will include contribution to HSE governance activities, assisting in reviewing program strategies, cultural & behavioral change, and seek advice and coordinate with our group portfolio companies including Divisional, Regional and Operating & Entity (OE) Safety & Environment (S&E) advisors and management.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:General
The internship is an opportunity to learn about group health, safety assurance and risk management programs and associated Group HSE goals and targets.in the context of DP World\'s operations across ports & terminals and marine services
Monitor the HSE audits and risk baseline programs implementation.
Assist in the development and analysing of reports related to serious incidents to identify trends, solutions and drive continuous improvement.
Support in the awareness of best practice throughout the organisation working with key stakeholders and coordinating with the SME\'s to define
Assist in promoting and raising awareness, at all levels of the organization, the HSE strategy and zero harm philosophy.
Assist Senior Managers of HSE in implementation of the Group HSE Plan and report on performance against it with the OE HSE Plans
Contribute to the group existing risk reduction projects
Assist in developing, writing, and maintaining a variety of reports, documents, correspondence, and records related to DP World HSE management system, risk reduction and assessment programs, and safety initiatives.
OTHER
Act as an ambassador for DP World always when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World\'s Founder\'s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World\'s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Candidate of recent graduate of safety, environmental, engineering or business degrees
Passionate and knowledgeable about key trends around health, safety and wellness.
Interest in developing project management skills.
Prior experience or interest in learning about:
Safety management systems
Monitoring reporting and verification
Risk Reduction programs
Strategic mindset, big picture thinker with an ability to focus on the details where needed
Ability to recognise issues, analyse, formulate and implement appropriate solutions
Excellent verbal, written communication, computer literacy, report writing and administrative skills
