Learning various cooking techniques and methods
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
Assisting in kitchen management and inventory control
Participating in menu development and recipe testing
Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assisting in the set-up and breakdown of kitchen stations
Observing and learning from experienced chefs
Participating in regular training and development opportunities
