Get started by applying right away!INTERN IN HUMAN RESOURCES & TRAINING DEPARTMENT - RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
Support the onboarding process for the hotel's new employees
Contribute to the development of training materials, such as presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules
Provide support in employee relations matters including investigating complaints, mediating conflicts, and offering guidance on company policies
Aid in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives
Support employee communication efforts by preparing newsletters, announcements, and updates
