The incumbent works closely with internal colleagues in country and suppliers to plan and co-ordinate the various assigned deliverables under scope.YOUR TASKS
Support the Employee Engagement & Projects Manager in UAE
Engagement projects including Recognition, Health & Wellbeing, EOY, Diversity week, Appreciation weeK, HR Awards and other Engagement projects / initiatives
Assist with co-ordination of administrative activities linked to the above projects including but not limited to ordering & distributing materials, maintaining up to date files & databases, running reports and analysis, planning events etc.
Assist in creating internal communications, videos & presentations on H&W, Recognition programs etc. to support effective implementation of the Engagement programs
Project manage parts of the programs and initiatives - researching concepts, planning and meeting deliverable deadlines.
Liaise with country HR teams for gathering information, sharing reports and distribution of UAE program materials
Co-ordination with suppliers, procurement and marketing team on projects
Be available to support with general queries & support in the absence of the Manager
Demonstrates a good understanding of the different HR programs under scope and the associated KPIs and impact; to be able to effectively support the implementation & administration of the programs
Continuous improvement mindset-identifying effective ways of simplifying the HR admin processes for better business experience & HR efficiency
YOUR PROFILE
An HR graduate with passion for employee engagement activities
Good knowledge of excel (reporting & analysis) and power point (creating communication content/presentations)
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Comfortable in approaching and working with stakeholders at all levels
Comfortable in communicating with culturally diverse groups
Excellent time management & planning skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently Strong administration and co-ordination skills
