Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Intern Architect to join our dynamic team. As an intern architect, you will work closely with licensed architects and senior designers on various projects, gaining hands-on experience in all phases of architectural design and construction. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and development of architectural designs, including initial concept sketches, 3D modeling, and digital renderings.
• Support project coordination by preparing drawings, specifications, and documentation under the guidance of senior staff.
• Site visit & Scanning
• Participate in project meetings, take notes, and assist in communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Contribute to construction administration tasks, such as site visits, observation reports, and review of shop drawings.
• Gain proficiency in architectural software and tools necessary for drafting, modeling, and presentation of designs.
• Research building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and refine design solutions that meet client needs and project goals.
• Pursue professional development opportunities and work towards meeting licensure requirements.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Architecture or related field.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit , SketchUp, or other architectural software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for design innovation and sustainability.
• Prior internship experience in architecture or related field is a plus.
