Job Description

The Interior Site Engineer will oversee and manage interior construction projects from inception to completion. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring that projects adhere to design specifications, budgets, and timelines, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on-site activities for interior projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Site Inspection: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure that construction work meets design specifications and quality standards.
• Coordination: Liaise with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and execution of project plans.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of project progress, including daily reports, change orders, and compliance documentation.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 4 years of experience in interior construction or related field, with a strong background in project management and site supervision.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
