Job Description

Project Management:

Plan and manage interior design projects, ensuring all phases of the project are delivered on time and within budget. Develop and maintain project schedules and track progress against deadlines. Coordinate and supervise the work of architects, designers, contractors, and vendors. Conduct regular project status meetings with clients, design teams, and stakeholders. Ensure all design and construction activities comply with relevant codes and regulations.

Client Interaction:

Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Understand client requirements, present design concepts, and provide updates on project progress. Address client concerns and resolve any issues that arise during the project.

Budget and Cost Control:

Prepare project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial objectives are met. Negotiate contracts and handle procurement of materials and services. Review and approve invoices, change orders, and project-related financial documentation.

Team Collaboration:

Lead and collaborate with in-house teams, designers, engineers, contractors, and other external consultants. Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring effective communication and smooth workflow.

Quality Control:

Ensure the highest standards of design and construction are maintained throughout the project. Review and approve design documentation, specifications, and shop drawings. Perform site visits to inspect work and ensure compliance with design plans and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum [X] years of experience in interior project management or a related field. Experience with residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

Strong knowledge of interior design principles, construction methods, and project management tools. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial management for projects.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
