Must have minimum 5 years of experience in U.A.E. in Interior Fit out Company, handling projects like Restaurants/Cafe, retail shops inside malls, offices, Clinics etc., Able to handle site independently. Execute work as per drawings. Knowledge of material finishes, site material requirements, manpower planning and management. Monitor workers attendance and performance at site Coordinate and negotiate prices with subcontractors & suppliers for site material requirement. Ensure project completion as per project deadlines.
