We are seeking an experienced Interior Fit-Out Site Engineer / Supervisor with 5-10 years of experience in the interior fit-out or construction sector in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of interior fit-out projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will be involved in managing site activities, supervising subcontractors, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management & Supervision:
• Oversee all activities on the project site, ensuring that work is carried out according to the approved designs, specifications, and schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, laborers, and site personnel to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.
• Monitor and ensure quality control, including compliance with all project specifications, materials, and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all works meet the required standards and that construction is progressing according to plan.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and promote a safety-first culture on the worksite.
• Coordination & Communication:
• Liaise between the project manager, design team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and coordination of site activities.
• Review and approve material requisitions, shop drawings, and project schedules, ensuring they align with project objectives.
• Conduct regular site meetings with project stakeholders to discuss progress, resolve issues, and update the project schedule.
• Address any design or construction issues that arise during the fit-out process, working collaboratively to find solutions.
• Project Monitoring & Reporting:
• Track project progress against timelines and budgets, ensuring that milestones are met and that any delays or cost overruns are flagged early.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on site progress, labor utilization, and any issues or risks to the Project Manager or Site Manager.
• Assist in tracking project documentation such as site logs, daily reports, and quality control checks.
• Quality Assurance & Control:
• Ensure that all site activities, materials, and workmanship comply with the company's quality standards and project specifications.
• Monitor and inspect the installation of finishes, fixtures, and fittings, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and quality.
• Identify any deficiencies or issues during inspections and work to resolve them promptly, liaising with the project manager and design team where necessary.
• Material & Resource Management:
• Ensure that all required materials, tools, and equipment are available on-site as per the project schedule.
• Monitor the delivery and storage of materials to ensure their safety and compliance with project requirements.
• Track inventory and ensure that waste and excess materials are minimized on-site.
• Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:
• Monitor the site for adherence to all health and safety guidelines, conducting regular site safety inspections.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure that all team members and subcontractors are trained and equipped to work safely.
• Ensure all safety protocols are being followed to minimize risks and hazards on-site.
• Client Liaison & Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the on-site point of contact for clients, attending meetings and resolving any client concerns or issues regarding the progress or quality of work.
• Collaborate with the client's representatives, consultants, and contractors to ensure that the project is being executed according to the required standards and specifications.
• Site Documentation & Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, work permits, subcontractor performance, and site safety compliance.
• Document any variations or changes to the scope of work and ensure that all parties are informed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:
• 5-10 years of experience as a Site Engineer , Site Supervisor , or Construction Supervisor in the interior fit-out or construction industry in the UAE.
• Strong experience in managing fit-out projects , including commercial, residential, hospitality, or retail interiors.
• Education:
• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering , Architecture , Interior Design , or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) or Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are a plus.
• Skills & Expertise:
• In-depth knowledge of interior fit-out procedures , including materials, finishes, installations, and quality control.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings , project specifications , and design coordination .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to manage subcontractors and site workers effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Language Skills:
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Other Requirements:
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred for site visits and project coordination.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
