We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Fitout Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the interior fitout industry, with a proven track record of managing and executing high-quality projects. A valid UAE driving license is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of interior fitout projects from inception to completion.

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and budgets.

- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior fitout projects.

- In-depth knowledge of fitout processes, materials, and industry standards.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD.

- Valid UAE driving license.
