Interior Fitout Project Sales Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Sales Manager to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and secure projects for the company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in PROJECTS, excellent networking skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and tender opportunities within the commercial interior contracting sector, focusing on FnB outlets, retail shops, offices, and residential projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries, including property developers, architects, designers, and business owners.
• Present the company's portfolio, capabilities, and value proposition to prospective clients, highlighting our expertise in commercial fitout projects.
• Actively participate in pre-tender meetings, site visits, and networking events to promote the company and establish rapport with potential clients.
• Prepare and submit competitive bids, proposals, and tender documents in collaboration with the project management and estimating teams.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to secure new projects and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the fitout or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of the commercial interior contracting sector, including knowledge of market trends, client needs, and project requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of the Dubai market and existing industry contacts would be advantageous.
